The Fall Fireup is the first event of the ProTeens year, which follows the school calendar. It's an effort to get the teens "fired up" about ProTeens and serving the Lord. It's an old fashioned campfire meeting, with hot dogs roasted over the fire, S'mores, and campfire songs. We also had some skits and wacky games.
Wil's Face played the Statue of Liberty with an attitude. Ralph showed off his talent by giving impersonations, such as the first man on the sun and John Wayne with a needle in his eye. We also played "Upset the Fruit Basket" and the "50 States" game.
The most hilarious part of the evening was the Coke drinking contest. The contestants had to drink the Coke from a baby bottle while wearing a bib and sitting on their "mother's" lap! By the way, the "mother" had to wear a wig and was the only person allowed to hold the bottle!
Mr. Regner brought his guitar and led us in some campfire songs, and Pastor Brad Fleming challenged the teens from God's Word.
