A cost sheet is available from the school office or on the school website with exact amounts of tuition and fees for each school year.

There is a non-refundable registration fee due each school year.

Tuition is usually paid on a 10-month plan, with the first payment due on August 1 and the last payment due on May 1. All fees and the first month’s tuition must be paid by the first day of school for the child to be able to attend classes for the school year.

Frederick Christian Academy utilizes the services of FACTS Tuition Management Company to help simplify the collection of all tuition payments. Please see the school office for an enrollment form.

Before and after school care is available from 7:00 a.m.– 8:00 a.m. and from 3:30 p.m.– 6:00 p.m.

Day care is also available for a daily charge on many of the days that school is not in session.

All families receive an itemized monthly statement either by mail or on the internet.

A late fee will be charged after the fifth or the twentieth of each month, depending on the FACTS agreement.

A fee of $25 will be charged for any returned checks.

All accounts must be paid in full before final grades or transcripts can be released.

Any student whose account falls more than 45 days past due may be asked to withdraw until the account can be made current.
