We desire to promote the spirit of unity within the ministry of the school by following the Matthew 18 principle. That is, parents who have a problem related to the school commit to always first contacting the person involved in the problem at school (rather than those not concerned) who can best help and then, if necessary, continue up the proper chain of command until the problem is remedied. The senior pastor of People’s Baptist Church serves as the superintendant of Frederick Christian Academy and will be the final contact person in resolving all disagreements.
